Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
- Assist with participants' resumes, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support participants at work and ongoing.
- Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
- Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Work Support Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of participants, helping them to achieve their employment goals.
Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Full Australian driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
