About the Role: This opportunity is to work as a Pharmacist in a dynamic hospital setting where you will be involved in the management of medications and patient care. The role involves working closely with clinicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes for patients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation;
  • Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products;
  • Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge;
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients;
  • Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees;
  • Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the quality use of medicines;

Requirements: We are looking for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and brings a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-centred mindset. Essential qualifications include general registration with AHPRA with no restrictions on practice and Australian working rights valid for at least 12 months from start of employment.
