About Us
We are seeking Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or community settings.
The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team, providing social, domestic and recreational support to clients and empowering them to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing social and recreational support to clients
- Assisting with domestic tasks and personal care
- Supporting clients to access community resources and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, families and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience working with people with varying abilities
- An Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- First aid certification and the ability to maintain it
- A current NDIS worker screening check and orientation module
- A Working with Children Check
- A reliable smartphone and basic computer skills
