Job Description

We're looking for a talented professional to join our store management team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of your store and inspiring your team to achieve their goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to mentor and develop your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to meet performance targets. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new starters.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to identify areas for improvement and recommend potential solutions. We value the input of our team members and encourage them to share their ideas on how we can improve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

You should have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience in a retail environment. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field would be desirable.
