As we expand our footprint across Australia, we continue to provide one of Australia's Premium Customer service experiences.

ShoeGrab is known to have the most exceptional service in the industry so we're looking only for bright stars who take pride in what they do and want to be part of the best retail culture taking Australia by storm.

Sydney and Melbourne sneaker heads have been traveling in droves to meet the team and be serviced by our staff for years and have been begging for more. With four great locations and expanding to more, we are always on the hunt for stand out customer service staff.

Sneaker and apparel acumen and experience will assist you but more than that, we're looking for people with brilliant attitudes, positive energy, team players and contributors who see the bigger picture and take pride in helping others, always going out of their way with exceptional service, can do attitudes, energy and zest for life.

What we provide is an excellent work culture, perks of the trade, a vibrant work environment, and just a place you look forward to coming to work in. This role may be located in more than one location, and for junior casual staff, 20 years old and under.
