Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead our Rozelle site team in achieving strategic objectives.
  2. Pulpit ministry and leadership of Sunday services.
  3. Provide pastoral care and discipleship to team leaders, interns, and student ministers.
  4. Foster a strong congregational culture aligned with our values.
  5. Broaden community engagement and participation.
  6. Identify and mentor emerging leaders.
  7. Contribute to planning and executing church-wide initiatives.
  8. Mentor and disciple pastors, interns, and student ministers.

Requirements:

  • Christian character and Reformed Evangelical values.
  • Demonstrated prayerfulness, humility, and a commitment to personal growth.
  • Passion for Christ and His Church, with a desire to see lives transformed by the Gospel.
  • Servant heart, committed to our mission and direction.
  • Teachable, able to work collaboratively and under authority.
  • Theological degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • At least 5 years of pastoral experience.
  • Ordained Anglican.
