Production Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain and Production Planning professional who embodies our values:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and optimising supply chains, manufacturing schedules, and inventory management to meet corporate strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimise manufacturing schedules to reduce waste and meet demand requirements
- Facilitate and lead site supply review meetings as part of the IBP process
- Partner with operations to prepare and issue manufacturing schedules for optimal production efficiency and customer demand
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address supply and demand variances
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Seasoned experience in supply/production planning or scheduling within the manufacturing industry
- Technical skills in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate
- Collaborative style, positive attitude, and flexible adaptability
- Results-driven time management and coordination skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset
