**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Specialist to join our high-volume retail environment. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet commercial sales targets and KPIs, including clienteling metrics, SPT, UPT, AUR, cross-selling, and conversion.
  • Maintain and grow a clientele base through active engagement and regular communication.
  • Provide personalized service standards, anticipating future client needs and transmitting brand passion.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep VM aligned with worldwide visual guidelines.
  • Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, receiving and unpacking/packing stock, inventory integrity, and replenishing display merchandise as required.
  • Ensure compliance to the Safety Management System and all Workplace Health and Safety Policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a high-volume retail or service-based industry.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude, driven by sales and meeting/exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Time management and prioritizing skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using technology and/or learning about updated technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
