Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in customer service and work with a dynamic team.

This role will involve interacting with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing customer interactions, and providing product information.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, with experience in dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues. You will also need to be confident in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
