Lead Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead Engineer to join our team on a major project.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing project engineering functions to ensure successful delivery of program and quality outcomes.
  • They will oversee the design, planning, procurement, and construction phases in line with requirements.
  • Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams is essential to maintain project performance.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring safety, compliance, and environmental standards across all works.
  • Providing technical expertise, mentoring, and support to project and site teams is also an important aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years post-graduate engineering experience, with demonstrated project delivery in water or utilities.
  • Previous experience in the industry is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record with solid employment tenure is required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and contracts is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) is necessary.
