Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced events professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our annual state media awards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event planning, scheduling, and logistics for five state awards events across different regions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and sponsors to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure sponsor benefits are met and implemented through effective communication.
  • Coordinate communication with finalists and ensure accurate information and communication for both entries and judging.
  • Develop timelines and procedures for award entries and judging.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in each region and ensure reporting requirements are met.

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, positive, and possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in events management, marketing communications, and strong project management skills. A questioning and problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and an approachable personality are also essential.
