Senior Mechanical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our demobilisation efforts for the TBM project. The successful candidate will oversee the safe and efficient dismantling and removal of the Tunnel Boring Machine, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the demobilisation process, including dismantling, removal, and transport of equipment.
- Manage and supervise on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the demobilisation process.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams to plan demobilisation activities efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor on TBM projects, with a focus on demobilisation or mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of TBM systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) and tunnelling operations.
- Experience in managing high-risk activities including heavy lifts, confined space work, and decommissioning.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors in a dynamic environment.
