We are seeking enthusiastic healthcare professionals with a passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and assisting individuals in their recovery as they return to work.

As an allied health assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of administrative support functions for the rehabilitation team
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for referral management systems (training provided)
  • Assisting with general administration activities to support the wider business and immediate team
  • Conducting physical pre-employment health assessments
  • Preparing reports
  • Assisting senior consultants with treatment plans and rehabilitation case management

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Working towards allied health qualifications - occupational therapist, physiotherapist or exercise physiologist
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
