About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at JLL. As the Onsite Handyman, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional maintenance and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance of all aspects of the client's property portfolio
  • Conduct minor building work and furniture repairs/alterations
  • Remove and/or install whiteboards, plaques, signage, and screens
  • Patch and paint as required
  • Perform building exterior maintenance
  • Support the Facilities team in administrative functions, minor works projects, and reporting as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role
  • Trade certification or license in a relevant field is highly regarded
  • Experience using hand or power equipment
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and protect the health and safety of yourself and fellow workers
