At The Star Entertainment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Property Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas, including public spaces, offices, and employee facilities.
  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Respond to spills and hazardous materials, taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Operations Manager to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Ability to commit to a rotating 24/7 roster, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
