We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team

The Role

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of truck runs and service records.

  • Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Enter daily truck run data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Record and follow up on missed bin investigations.
  • Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for internal tracking and auditing.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to investigate and resolve issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to make a real difference in their work.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
