Job Summary
The Coxswain - Watercraft Operations role is responsible for providing exceptional water-based experiences for Hamilton Island guests. This position requires a high level of professionalism, safety awareness, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain vessels in accordance with National Standard for Commercial Vessels (NSCV) and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on vessels and complete log books as required.
- Deliver safety and welcome briefings for each trip.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Liaise with golf club team on day-to-day requirements of the vessel.
- Induct and train staff boarding the vessel as crew.
Requirements
- Current Coxswain Grade 1 certification.
- Full driver's license.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Resuscitation certification.
- Personal Watercraft License (PWCL).
