About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Business Partner to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Sourcing function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering optimized value to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Sourcing in Stakeholder Leadership Teams and other relevant decision-making forums
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to drive sourcing excellence
  • Manage assignments and performance to ensure delivery of high-quality results
  • Contribute to profitability and business growth through effective sourcing practices
  • Ensure adherence to Group Sourcing steering documentation, process, and tools, as well as Ericsson Responsible Sourcing programs
  • Provide support and coaching to teams and team members to drive business outcomes
  • Drive change and strategy development to stay ahead of the market
  • Manage business continuity and ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Education: A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Sourcing Categories
  • Domain experience: Third-party Network Services (Roll-out Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Software Services, etc.)
  • Sourcing Practice, Process, and Strategy Knowledge in negotiation with external parties
  • Business Acumen in evaluating the complexity of key business challenges, risk management
  • Financial Acumen and Skills
  • Compliance, Local Laws, and Regulations Knowledge
