We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Strategic Sourcing Partner at Ericsson. This role entails an exciting blend of stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and the development of innovative business solutions. You will collaborate closely with various Sourcing functions and stakeholders, translating product/customer solution requirements into viable strategies. Thriving in this position means delivering optimized value through partnering, supplier innovation, market insight, and strategic Sourcing. Key responsibilities:

  • Represent Sourcing in Stakeholder Leadership Team's, and other relevant decision & strategy forums
  • Drive stakeholder engagement
  • Drive business ideas, strategies & PSL
  • Manage assignments & performance
  • Sourcing contribution to profitability
  • Contribute to partnering business
  • Ensure adherence to Group Sourcing steering documentation, process & tools and to Ericsson Responsible Sourcing programs
  • Provide support & coaching for teams & team members
  • Drive change & strategy development
  • Manage business continuity

Requirements:

  • Education: A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
  • Min 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Sourcing Categories
  • Domain experience: Third party Network Services (Roll-out Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Software Service etc.)
  • Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge in negotiation with external parties
  • Business Acumen in evaluating the complexity of key business challenges, risk management
  • Financial Acumen & Skills
  • Compliance, Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
