Job Description:

An Early Learning Centre provides a comprehensive approach to education catering to the emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs of each child in their care.

Their programs are designed to prepare children for life and nurture children of all ages to live happily as members of a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team that delivers high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Working in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations, as well as the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.
  • Implementing and upholding the centre's philosophy while undertaking all duties.
  • Supporting the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices at the service.
  • Maintaining and upholding Workplace Health and Safety standards.
  • Maintaining and upholding privacy and confidentiality.
  • Providing ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation.
  • Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
