**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a pool of support workers, oversee daily operations, and contribute to business development.

This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in and work alongside support workers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers
  • Manage daily scheduling, rostering, and operational requirements
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational standards
  • Build positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
  • Drive business growth through community engagement and networking

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in disability services or a related sector
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
