The Disability Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of services to individuals with disabilities across multiple living settings. This encompasses enabling them to reside well within their homes, engage actively in their communities, and achieve their personal objectives.

This leadership position requires an in-depth understanding of complex disability management, behaviour support, and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will have experience in managing services within the disability sector or similar organisations. They will be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The Disability Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service delivery, implementing individual clients' NDIS plans, and managing relationships with clients, their families, and key stakeholders. They will also drive workforce management, ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and effectively manage complaints and incidents.
