Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Upsell products and promotions to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cold beverages using high-quality equipment.
  • Coffee Craftsmanship: Operate the Barista machine to craft delicious coffees that delight our customers.
  • Food Safety: Perform temperature checks and record results to ensure food safety standards are met.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store according to company standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Adaptability: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Develop strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Retail Experience: Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded, but not essential; we provide training to help you succeed.
  • Barista Training: Barista experience is also an asset, but not a requirement.
