We seek individuals with commitment to learning & skill development. Previous customer service and/or industry experience is advantageous. Excellent communication skills - Great with customers. Problem Solving, Adaptability & Solution Oriented. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Good manual dexterity, ability to use various tools and machinery. Reliable transport. Ability to work across 7 days, Retail hours including weekends, some nights, and public holidays. Part time role to later transition to a Full time position.
Bonus Scheme, Ongoing Support, and above award wages. This is a career opportunity, not a just a job. 5-day roster, weekly wages, possible overtime. Potential Franchising opportunities.
Deliver brilliant customer service & be able to fix problems. Accountable for daily financial control of the shop. Promotion of our merchandise and products to suit customer requirements Continue to learn and develop the necessary skills to satisfy our customer diverse range of needs. Assist in keeping the shop clean, well presented and maintenance of all equipment.
You need to be friendly, bright, enjoy learning and mastering tasks, as well as a true passion for serving your customers. Opportunity to have a career and not just a job, as well as the potential to own your own shop. Take a longer-term view with all team members, as you are what makes a difference on the front line.
