Our team promotes the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities. As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will travel around your local area to assist clients in need.

  • General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, changing beds, and washing
  • Transport to appointments and shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Social Support or Respite for family/carers
  • Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care to elderly individuals in their homes
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people, including seniors and caregivers
  • Effective communication skills to build trust with clients and families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential, as this can be completed through our traineeship program)
