 Casual Kitchen Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic casual kitchen attendant to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the kitchen and related areas;
  • Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment;
  • Handle and use chemicals safely;
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and move catering equipment;
  • Lift heavy items and dispose of waste correctly;
  • Deep clean kitchens and perform duties to a high standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment. If you have previous kitchen stewarding or cleaning experience, we would love to hear from you

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • A strong willingness to learn and take direction;
  • Ability to lift up to 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely;
  • Personal presentation and safe food handling certificate desirable.
