We are seeking a seasoned real estate expert to lead our corporate transactions team. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and top-tier partners on complex deals and projects, while developing your skills in real estate transactions, joint ventures, leasing, and development projects.

About The Role
  • You will advise on capital transactions, including sales, acquisitions, and mergers
  • Assist with complex development projects, such as mixed-use precincts, renewables, and build-to-rent
  • Work on real estate joint ventures and collaborate with internal teams on Tax, Finance, M&A, and commercial litigation matters
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on complex real estate transactions
  • Develop and execute business plans for growth and expansion
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation skills
