- Coordinate contractor work to deliver high standards within set parameters.
- Conduct regular safety checks, follow protocols, and document maintenance activities and incidents accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and respond to resident queries in a professional manner.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service with clear communication and a team-first approach are essential.
- Manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions are comfortable.
- An understanding of personal protective equipment and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery is necessary to maintain a secure work environment.
