Flood Recovery Caseworker

Are you a skilled caseworker looking for a new challenge? This exciting opportunity to support flood-affected individuals and families could be the perfect fit.

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caseworker to join our team and provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to those in need.

This role involves working directly with clients in their homes or community hubs, providing short-term case work and connecting them with local services and stakeholders to ensure they receive the right support at the right time.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals to strengthen recovery pathways and contribute your insights to help shape and improve our services.

• A Diploma in Community Services (or related qualification).
• 2+ years' experience working with vulnerable or trauma-affected populations.
• Strong understanding of child protection and culturally responsive practice.
• Skills in outreach and case coordination.
• A current NSW Driver's Licence and NSW Working with Children Check.
