Job Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead and support our Child, Youth & Family Team. This is a full-time contract opportunity to deliver vital Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) services.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years' experience in child and family work, and possess the skills and knowledge to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team with empathy and confidence
  • Support families experiencing complex challenges
  • Understand and respond to child protection and mandatory reporting requirements
  • Build strong partnerships across services and communities
  • Work with cultural sensitivity, particularly with Aboriginal and culturally diverse families
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and face-to-face
