As the Employment Standards & Best Practice Coordinator, you will work closely with our Payroll and Finance teams to ensure precision and transparency in employment practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inquiries with professionalism and finesse, offering timely support and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management.
- Crafting reports and insights to enhance compliance, planning and People & Culture initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in HR generalist roles and project management excellence.
- The ability to tackle complex projects with clear outcomes and meet deadlines.
- A solid understanding surrounding pay conditions and queries.
- A commitment to privacy and confidentiality that inspires trust.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise with clarity and confidence.
This part-time role (0.5 FTE / 19 hours per week) based at our Burswood location offers:
- SCHADS Schedule B and Level – Level 5.1 – 5.3 – $49.28 – $51.51 per hour.
- EAP Service with Wellness resources.
- Salary Packaging of up to $15,900.
