**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Coles Express. As a key member of our station team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, restocking, and presenting products in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system with confidence.
  • Promote products and services to customers, highlighting monthly specials and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
