Canteen Supervisor

Trinity College seeks an experienced canteen professional to oversee daily operations and financial management of the senior canteen.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with Trinity College policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, assemble, and present food items adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas.
  • Manage the Qkr Online ordering system, including resolving queries, uploading menu items, managing availability, generating reports, and producing labels.
  • Order supplies, conduct regular stocktakes, and liaise with distributors.
  • Prepare and package lunch orders for students and staff.
  • Schedule and supervise parent and community volunteers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school leaders.
  • Ensure volunteers complete required training and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in canteen or food service management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • RRHAN-EC Fundamentals & Masterclass Certificate.
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
