We are seeking a junior lawyer to join the legal investments team of a leading industry Superfund.
This is an exciting time to join a successful brand with substantial funds under management and a strong growth trajectory.
The fund invests in private and public markets across multiple asset classes domestically and internationally.
The role reports to a Senior Legal Counsel and involves working alongside senior lawyers and supporting portfolio managers to shape the investment strategy and ensure the fund's objectives are realised, protected, and conducted appropriately.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel to advise on legal matters related to investment decisions.
- Supporting portfolio managers in shaping the investment strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Providing guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
