Job Title: In-House Legal Expert
We seek an experienced legal professional to provide high-quality support across various commercial and corporate matters. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, reviewing contracts, and providing expert advice on commercial law.Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic legal guidance on business decisions and operations
- Review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
- Draft and refine standard contracts and templates
- Support dispute resolution processes and litigation
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of legal resources
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training across the organization
- Bachelor of Laws degree (or equivalent) and admission to practice in Australia
- At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or secondment roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted partnerships
- Commercial acumen and balanced approach to risk management
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
