The role of the Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) Engineer is to monitor and maintain the data centre's physical infrastructure.
Working closely with various stakeholders, this team will ensure seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data centre IT infrastructure and facilities management.
- Monitor and manage the data centre's physical infrastructure platform.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external teams.
- Collaborate on developing communication and escalation protocols.
- Contribute to outage post mortem analysis and resolution.
- Ensure timely updates of records and information.
- Support emergency recovery efforts and coordination.
This role requires a strong background in data centre IT infrastructure and facilities management.
Candidates should be able to think critically and outside the box to drive operational excellence.
