We are seeking an accomplished Skin Consultant to elevate our client experience at Lan Skin Clinic.

As a pivotal part of our customer journey, you will conduct personalized skin consultations, recommend tailored treatment plans, and confidently promote our premium skincare products and services. You'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their skin goals while contributing to our business success.

  • Conduct in-depth skin assessments and provide expert advice.
  • Recommend suitable skincare treatments such as HIFU, Thermage, micro-needling, advanced facials, and product regimens.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and trust.
  • Confidently upsell skincare products and services.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in skincare consulting or a related beauty/dermatology field.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A sales-driven mindset with the ability to promote naturally and ethically.
  • Relevant certifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy (a plus).
