About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on skincare and makeup products.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through our extensive product range, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and preferences.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product innovations, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with sampling.

In addition, you will help customers discover and understand new product lines, achieve individual and store sales targets, and maintain clean and organized displays.

Our ideal candidate will possess previous retail or beauty sales experience, a passion for K-Beauty, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will also have high attention to detail, professional personal presentation, and flexibility to work weekends and holiday periods.

A basic understanding of skincare and makeup is required, with beauty certification a plus.

Korean or Mandarin language skills are a bonus due to our customer base.

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity, with a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $68,000 per year.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering tailored skincare and makeup advice to customers
  • Staying updated with the latest beauty trends and product innovations
  • Conducting product demonstrations and assisting with sampling
  • Helping customers discover and understand new product lines
  • Achieving individual and store sales targets
  • Maintaining clean and organized displays
  • Operating POS and handling daily cash/balance procedures
  • Ensuring every customer leaves with a positive, confident experience
  • Participating in training and development sessions
  • Working as part of a team to support store success
