Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and scope AI opportunities across functions by translating business challenges into actionable use cases.
  • Define suitable AI models and implementation approaches for each use case, considering feasibility, impact, and ethical implications.
  • Develop clear documentation and presentations explaining AI concepts, benefits, and risks to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure successful AI solution delivery.
  • Establish and track success metrics for AI initiatives, aligning with business KPIs.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts by working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to reusable prompt templates, agent libraries, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or business consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI use case development and delivery.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, LLMs, or GenAI platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of AI concepts, models, and applications, with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
