About the Role

As a seasoned executive, you will lead our Cartons Australia business with strategic vision and operational expertise. This key leadership role involves managing a team of 200 members across two manufacturing sites in Sydney and Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuing to build upon the Cartons Australia strategy by expanding market share through a customer-centric approach, outstanding service, quality products, and great people.
  • Leading our people with Opal Values at the forefront, focusing on a positive safety culture, behavior, and outcomes.
  • Equipping the business with the capability to fully utilize its strengths in manufacturing and customer centricity.
Requirements:
  • Senior sales experience within manufacturing or FMCG.
  • A successful track record in customer-focused roles, leading and mentoring sales teams while emphasizing strong customer service cultures, safety, entrepreneurial selling, service excellence, talent development, product leadership, and innovation.
  • General management experience in geographically dispersed and customer-focused manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution B2B businesses, understanding key metrics and levers that can be pulled to achieve targets.
