About the Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in:

- Supervising and mentoring Supported Employees in gardening and landscaping tasks
- Providing one-on-one training to help individuals achieve personal goals
- Assisting with case notes and goal setting to track employee progress
- Maintaining outdoor spaces across private yards and public facilities, such as schools

What We're Looking For

  • A strong background in gardening or landscaping, with experience in supervising and mentoring others
  • Excellent communication skills to support and motivate team members
  • A proactive and reliable attitude, with a passion for making a positive difference
  • A current driver's licence, with the ability to travel across Sydney
  • A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo required checks, including NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
