The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating a healthy partnership with all customer accounts

  • Knowledge of relevant financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with Industrial Relations issues
  • Good working knowledge, experience, and comprehension of safety-related issues as well as relevant Awards and Agreements
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and a collaborative management style
  • Budget and P&L experience
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation
