Site Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to oversee the general maintenance, presentation, and functionality of our dealership sites.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate trades and service contractors, schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs, and ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include monitoring building systems, conducting regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise, overseeing minor repairs or upgrades, and supporting the implementation of WHS practices.

This role requires experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance, as well as comfortable managing contractors and following up on site work.

A practical mindset, good communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of WHS requirements are essential for this position.
