Grad Accounts Clerk

Chatswood (with work from home) - Accounting/Finance Degree Essential - Solid Excel Skills Essential Exciting, permanent opportunity for a switched-on grad or junior accounts clerk, with solid excel skills with this growing tech company. Based in Chatswood, with flexible work from home arrangements, you will be part of a small but growing finance team and gain exposure to a wide range of finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business. More specifically your duties will include (but not be limited to); - Reviewing data to ensure accuracy and timely billing - Generate invoices, statements, billing reports, data analysis - Handle all billing queries - Liaising with non-finance, including project status meetings - Maintaining and updating financial and project databases - Processing accounting journals - Revenue reporting - Maintain knowledge on contracts - Banking and debtor management - Adhoc projects and duties as required You will be a Degree qualified Billings/Accounts Clerk, or possibly a Graduate with some relevant work experience looking for your first permanent position. Given this role will be dealing with various non-finance stakeholder and attending project meetings, you outstanding communication skills. You will also have solid excel skills.
