Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing new build projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage new build projects, collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing timely solutions to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular reports on project status, including financial performance and key milestones achieved.
Main Tasks
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including procurement, site operations, health and safety compliance, quality control, and client relations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address any issues or concerns raised by the project team or stakeholders, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the projects to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Implement best practices in project management processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the delivery of successful projects from start to finish with limited supervision, preferably in the remedial market.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful construction programmes up to $10m.
  • Senior First Aid certificate.
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
