As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and associated equipment, identifying risks and resolving issues, responding to emergencies as they arise, managing access breaches, protecting assets, and providing excellent customer service to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Risk management and issue resolution

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

  • Current Victorian Control Room Security Licence
  • Prior control room experience is essential
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Full flexibility to work 24/7 shifts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and associated software
