Job Description:
The Rex Engineering Team is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Senior Base Engineer. This role is a full-time opportunity that reports directly to the Regional Maintenance Manager - Southern.
As a Senior Base Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Engineering Procedures and Certification requirements in your area of responsibility. You will maintain the engineering infrastructure necessary to ensure safe and compliant engineering activities. Additionally, you will monitor and control costs associated with aircraft and GSE maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a proven track record of self-motivation and flexibility. You should have the ability to manage a close-knit team while also working independently. A demonstrated ability to show initiative and manage strict deadlines is essential. Experience in airline operations is highly desirable, and you must be based in Perth. A working knowledge of regulatory requirements is also necessary.
