ENT Registrar Opportunity

Northern Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced ENT Registrar to join our team. As an unaccredited registrar, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will provide appropriate care to inpatients and public outpatients of the ENT unit, as well as provide a consultative service for patients of other units or departments. You will also have the opportunity to attend ENT theatre sessions at the Austin Hospital and be included in the weekend on-call roster.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience and good working knowledge of ENT surgery, current AHPRA registration, and the ability to undertake police certificate checks and WWCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with NH standards and policies
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
