Senior Business Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our organization. As National Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for leading consultative engagements across various business applications, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilots.

You will work closely with senior-level executives to shape AI strategies, link data foundations to measurable impact, and drive business transformation. Your primary objective will be to deliver complex solutions that drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.

• Strategic Advisory & Business Engagement: Lead executive discussions on AI strategy, data foundations, responsible AI, and business transformation; run discovery, envisioning, and demos linking initiatives to ROI, risk, and time to value.
• Customer Growth: Partner with colleagues to qualify opportunities with current clients and support the opening of net-new accounts across target verticals, shaping next best actions and workshops.
• Value Realisation & Roadmaps: Define customer AI roadmaps to maximize ROI, scale pilots, and ensure business-aligned outcomes.
• Partner Ecosystem & Practice Alignment: Leverage Microsoft and ISV partnerships for co-sell and campaigns; coordinate with practice leads to align opportunities to capacity and ensure smooth handoffs to Presales Architects.
• Internal Enablement & GTM Leadership: Upskill colleagues, develop AI solution plays, contribute to sales strategy, GTM execution, pipeline, and proposals.
• Thought Leadership: Represent us at events and publish content showcasing AI and business application outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI, Data, and Business Applications solutions.
• Strong B2B experience with mid-market to enterprise customers.
• Proven success selling Microsoft Data, AI, and Business Applications (Azure, Fabric / Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilots).
• Minimum 8 years' experience in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales.
• Experience delivering complex solutions with tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work to strict deadlines, budgets, and fast-paced environments.
• The ability to leverage vendor relationships to support solution design and presentations.
• A full understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and strategic business acumen.
• An understanding of client business, technical requirements, and IT environments.
• Microsoft certifications such as DP, AI, PL, MB, and Fabric-aligned credentials highly regarded.
