
Senior Solutions Consultant

In this role you will act as the trusted technical advisor to both our sales team and to our customers.
Key responsibilities include supporting sales in discovery discussions with customers to understand their goals and requirements, and in demonstrating Frankie One's products to address these needs.
You will define the solutions to meet those requirements and work closely with our product teams should any product gaps be identified.
You will be expected to support deep technical discussions around our API's and SDK's and provide advice around how our solutions can best be implemented.
You will also work closely with the implementation, customer success and technical support teams to ensure customers are set up for success and can go live smoothly and quickly.
You will also have direct and significant input into shaping "the Frankie One way" of doing things.
We'll look to you to identify ways to improve our processes and documentation and to provide suggestions in the way Frankie One's product can be improved to meet our customers needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with prospects to deeply understand their business objectives, technical environments, and challenges.
You will translate these insights into tailored solution proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and differentiation of Frankie One's platform.
Pre-Sales Solution Leadership - You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle - from discovery and qualification through to solution design, running proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.
Your leadership ensures prospects experience a consistent, high-quality engagement that inspires confidence and accelerates their buying decisions.
Technical Proficiency and Problem Solving - Leveraging your deep technical knowledge, you will guide prospects through solution architecture discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address technical objections with clarity and credibility.
You will design, validate, and document proposed integrations (including APIs, authentication workflows, and configurations) to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
Customer Advocate and Continuous Improvement - As the voice of the customer within Frankie One, you will advocate for their needs and share insights with product and engineering teams.
You will capture and prioritise customer feedback, feature requests, and emerging requirements to inform product strategy and enhance our solutions' market fit.
Collaborative Partnerships - By working closely with Frankie One's sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams, you will shape and deliver winning strategies that drive revenue growth.
Your role is vital in ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements and set them up for successful implementation.
In a previous life you have: Relevant Experience - You bring 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - ideally within Saa S platforms serving Financial Services, Reg Tech, or other regulated industries.
Strong Stakeholder Management - A proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders, driving engagement through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
Technical Capability - Strong experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / Open API's, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with Java Script and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.
Highly Effective Communication - Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You can confidently present to executives, solution architects, and end users.
Problem Solving and Creativity - A natural problem-solver who can think on your feet—developing innovative approaches to technical challenges and adapting solutions to meet customer needs.
Independence and Teamwork - Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a cross-functional team including Sales / Customer Success / Implementation / Product and Technical support.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative Mindset - Driven by curiosity and ambition, you consistently look for ways to improve processes, collateral, and solutions that help win new business and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Learning and Education - Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field, providing a solid academic foundation for the technical and business aspects of the role.
Nice to haves Familiarity with sales systems (CRM's - Hub Spot / Salesforce) and common sales methodologies (i.e MEDDPICC etc) Experience in the regulatory and compliance environment: Deep understanding of global and regional Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws, and related compliance solutions.
Experience in data analysis - key for interpreting data and results from our customers and providers and in crafting meaningful presentations based on that analysis.
Background in software engineering as a developer and significant plus (Javascript (vue.js ) etc) Experience working with Proposals, Tenders / RFPs / RFIs Experience working in or with a product team.
